Ingredients:

  • Wickles Wicked Okra
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can of corn
  • ½ sweet onion, chopped
  • ⅓ cup chopped jalapeno
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt + pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat oil over in nonstick skillet
  2. Cook corn for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Wickles Wicked Okra cook for 4 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and add to a large bowl.
  5. Add sweet onion, lemon juice, and tomatoes to bowl and mix.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
