Cheesy Spicy Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Eat this alone or on a roll for a delicious, cheesy, spicy, sandwich.

Brine the chicken breasts in
Dirty Dill Pickle
juice for 30 minutes, remove and dry breasts off.
Pre-heat the oven to 400º.
Butterfly the chicken breasts by cutting through the middle of the chicken, leaving the back edge un-cut.
Open up the chicken breasts and place 2 tbsp of
inside, spread in a thin layer.
Fold 2 slices of provolone into each breast, then sprinkle with parmesan.
Season the outside of each breast with salt and pepper.
Fry the breasts for 4 minutes, then flip them and finish baking in the oven for 8-12 minutes depending on thickness of the breasts.
Serve on a roll with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
