Elevate your brunch game with these deliciously sweet and savory chicken and waffle sliders, perfectly balanced with the zing of Wickles Dirty Dill Pickle Chips!


  • 1 jar Wickles Dirty Dill Pickle Chips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 1 ½ cups panko crumbs
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Vegetable oil
  • Frozen mini waffle
  • Maple syrup


  1. Combine flour, salt, and pepper into a medium bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk egg and buttermilk together.
  3. In another separate bowl, place panko crumbs .
  4. Cut chicken into 1 ½ inch pieces.
  5. Coat chicken pieces in flour mix, dip in egg mix, and coat with panko crumbs.
  6. Add about 1 inch oil into a deep skillet.
  7. Fry chicken for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Place on paper towel lined plate to rest.
  8. On a plate, place a toasted waffle, piece of chicken, Wicked Dirty Dill Pickle Chip. Top with another toasted waffle.
  9. Drizzle with maple syrup and your Chicken and Waffle Sliders are ready to eat!
