Chicken and Wickles Waffles

Simple and delicious, these Chicken and Wickles Waffles will have the whole crowd raving, not to mention make those kiddos happy!



  • Kellogg’s Eggo Minis Waffles


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs



  1. Toast the Kellogg’s Eggo Minis Waffles to desired level.
  2. Slice the chicken against the grain on a bias to create small round tenders. Place the flour into one bowl, the eggs into the next, and the breadcrumbs into a third. Bread the chicken by lightly coating in flour, then dipping into the eggs, followed by the breadcrumbs. Fry at 350°F for about 5 minutes until cooked and brown.
  3. Build the sandwiches with a waffle, followed by a piece of chicken, a Wicked Pickle Chip®, then a waffle on top. Drizzle with syrup and serve immediately.
