Bring sexy back with this hot-lookin’ Cuban. It’s tangy, tasty and has a great pair of pickles. Wickles Chill’n Dill pickles, that is. Go ahead, make the first move and start an exciting relationship with a new sandwich…and a new pickle.
Ingredients:
Wickles Chill’n Dill Slices
1 loaf Cuban bread
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 small clove garlic, crushed
Yellow mustard to taste
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded pork roast, warmed
4 slices Black Forest or smoked ham
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix softened butter with crushed garlic. Set aside.
Slice bread in half and spread yellow mustard on both sides.
Layer on the Swiss cheese, warm shredded pork, ham, and a generous helping of Chill’n Dill Slices.
Spread the garlic butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
Press the sandwich on a panini press.
Cook until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted — about 3–4 minutes per side.
Slice in half and serve warm with extra Chill’n Dill Slices on the side.
