Wickles Dirty Dill Pickle and Herb Dressing

Keep this spicy, tangy dressing in the fridge as your go-to all spring and summer.


  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Dirty Dill Pickle juice 
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey


  1. Finely chop the dill and parsley and mince the garlic
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
  3. Store in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge. Mix before using.
