Wickles Dirty Dill Pickle Chicken Salad Sandwiches

One of your all time favorites just got wicked in these Dirty Dill Pickle Chicken Salad Sandwiches!


For the Chicken Salad:

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken (or about 4 cups shredded or diced chicken)
  • 1 cup diced Dirty Dill Baby Dills
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions

For the Creamy Dressing

  • 1 bar (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dirty Dill Baby Dills juice (from the pickle jar)
  • 3/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. Add the shredded chicken, diced Dirty Dill Baby Dills, and green onion to a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all the creamy dressing ingredients and stir together until smooth and combined. Pour over the chicken salad and stir together.
  3. Let the chicken salad sit in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
  4. Serve with croissants, rolls, or lettuce leaves.
