Get ready for a garlicky twist on pretzels that’ll blow your taste buds away. Soft and chewy pretzels, tossed in tangy garlic butter, make the perfect mate to the sweet heat of Melinda’s Habanero Honey Mustard.

Ingredients:

Garlic Butter

Pretzels

  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon of active dry yeast
  • 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda

Dipping Sauce

Directions:

Garlic Butter

  1. Mix together Wickles Wicked Garlic, unsalted butter, sea salt and parsley.

Pretzels

  1. In a bowl mix warm water, sugar and yeast, Let sit until it bubble.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour and salt. Pour in yeast mixture (from step one) and stir to form a dough. Knead the dough for about 6 minutes. If the dough is still sticky add a little more flour.
  3. When dough is smooth, transfer to a new bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise for 60 minutes.
  4. Bring to a boil the 6 cups of water and 2 tablespoons baking soda.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees.
  7. From dough balls into a pretzel, add into boiling water. Once it floats remove and let drain. Then add to lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake the pretzels for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Coat pretzels with garlic butter and back fro 3-4 more minutes.
  10. Let cool and serve with Melinda’s Habanero Honey Mustard.
