Warm, satisfying, and a little bit spicy – that’s what you’ll get with this Wickles Harvest Soup. It’s a bowl of pure coziness that’ll leave you wanting seconds. Warm up and dig in!


  • 6 chopped Wickles Wicked Okra 
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 large chopped onion 
  • 3 cups cubed butternut squash 
  • 2 medium chopped carrots 
  • 2 chopped celery stalks 
  • 1 canned diced tomatoes 
  • 4 cups vegetable broth 
  • 10 dashes of hot sauce of your choice 
  • 1 bay leaf 
  • 1 tsp dried parsley 
  • 1 tsp dried basil 
  • ½ tsp dried oregano 
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large soup pot on medium heat, add olive oil and onions. Saute till translucent then add butternut squash and carrots. 
  2. Saute for five minutes, then add stock, hot sauce, Wickles Wicked Okra, canned tomatoes, and celery. Stir. 
  3. Add bay leaf, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir. 
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. 
  5. Serve hot.
