Pineapple Guacamole

Who knew guacamole could get even better? With a hint of pineapple from Wickles Hula Relish, this guac is a sweet and savory flavor explosion!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons Wickles Pickles Hula Relish
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (optional, for extra heat)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions:

    1. Prepare the avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork to your desired consistency—chunky or smooth.
    2. Mix in flavors: Add the Wickles Pickles Hula Relish, diced tomato, red onion, garlic, and jalapeño (if using). Stir until well combined.
    3. Add the lime: Squeeze in fresh lime juice and stir. The lime helps to balance the tanginess of the relish and keeps the avocado from browning.
    4. Season and garnish: Add chopped cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together gently.
    5. Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, burgers, or sandwiches.
