Southern Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Chicken Pot Pie has never been this easy or flavorful! This is one recipe your family won’t be able to get enough of!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of biscuits
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 medium diced white onion
  • 1 medium peeled and diced potato
  • 8 Wickles Wicked Okra
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • ½ cup all – purpose flour
  • 1 ¾ cups vegetable broth
  • ¾ cup half & half
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • ⅛ teaspoon paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ chicken bouillon

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. Saute the onion, potato, and Wickles Wicked Okra with butter in a pot over medium heat, until onion browns
  3. Add frozen vegetables and flour and mix well
  4. Add the vegetable broth and half & half. Stir over medium heat until sauce thickens
  5. Turn off heat, add chicken and seasonings and mix
  6. Pour filling in the buttered oven safe pan
  7. Place biscuits on top of fillings
  8. Place pan in the oven for 40-50 minutes
  9. Let cool before serving
