Wicked Cowboy Caviar

Kick up your appetizer game with this Wicked Cowboy Caviar!

Ingredients:

• 1 Jar of Wickles Original Pickle Chips 
• Flour tortillas 
• 1 cup chopped cilantro 
• 15 oz can of black beans 
• 15 oz can of pinto beans 
• 15 oz can of sweet corn 
• ½ cup tomato 
• ½ cup orange pepper

Directions:

Filling 

1. In a large bowl mix black beans, pinto beans, sweet corn, tomato, orange pepper and cilantro. 
2. Add Wickles Original Pickle Chips 
3. Season to taste 

Cups 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
2. Spray a muffin pan and tuck each tortilla in the pan to form cups. 
3. Back for 20-25 minutes and let cool.
