Wicked Hula Shrimp Kebabs

Summertime is all about firing up the grill, and these sweet and spicy Wicked Hula Shrimp Kebabs are on the menu!


  • 1 jar of Wickles Hula Pickle 
  • ¼ cup of Wickles Hula Pickle Brine 
  • 1 pound of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 limes 
  • Fresh cilantro 
  • ½ cup of coconut milk 
  • 4 teaspoons of hot sauce 
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce


  1. Marinate shrimp in Wickles Hula Pickle brine, coconut milk, hot sauce and  soy sauce for 20-30  minutes. 
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat
  3. Remove shrimp from marinade and set the marinade aside for grilling 
  4. Thread the shrimp and Wickles Hula Pickle on the skewer alternating pieces. 
  5. Brush the grill with oil. 
  6. Place skewers on grill and brush with extra marinade. 
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side 
  8. Once shrimp is fully cooked, remove from grill 
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with fresh lime juice.
