Wickles Wicked Watermelon and Pickle Salad

We’re celebrating #NationalWatermelonDay by throwing some on the grill to make this #wickedlydelicious Watermelon and Pickle Salad.


  • 3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and grilled
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta
  • 7 oz romaine
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup Wickles Pickles
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt and fresh pepper


  1. Wash romaine and dry well.
  2. Cube watermelon and grill.
  3. In a large bowl whisk vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Combine watermelon, feta, pine nuts, Wickles Pickles, and romaine. Add dressing, toss, and serve.
