Wickles Chicken Jalapeno Popper Sliders

Two gameday favorites collide to make the ultimate appetizer. These chicken jalapeno popper sliders are spicy, creamy, and seriously WICKED!

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Wickles Jalapeno Relish 
• 1 Wickles Wicked Garlic Clove Minced 
• 8 Wickles Dirty Dill Cocktail Cornichons 
• 2 Cups shredded chicken 
• 4 Ounces of Duke’s Mayo 
• 1 Cup shredded pepper jack 
• ¼ Cups cooked and crumbled bacon 
• 8 Slider rolls

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix shredded chicken, shredded pepper jack cheese, Wickles Jalapeno Relish, Wickles Wicked Garlic, Duke’s Mayo and mix. 
2. Toast buns, add mixture to the bottom of the bun, top with crumbled bacon and add top of bun. 
3. On a football skewer add a Dirty Dill Cocktail Cornichon and place on the top of the bun.
