Wickles Pulled Pork and Pimento Grilled Cheese

Two of your Southern favorites come together in this wicked pulled pork grilled cheese.



  1. Melt a pat of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread The Judy’s Pimento Cheese from Wickles on one slice of bread and lay the dry side down over the melted butter.
  3. Scatter a bit of pulled pork over the pimento cheese. Drizzle with more barbecue sauce, if desired.
  4. Layer 4-5, or as many as you crave, Wickles Dirty Dill Chips on top of pulled pork.
  5. Top with another slice of bread.
  6. Cook, over medium heat, until the bottom side is browned. Either spread a bit of softened butter over the top side of bread or melt a bit of butter in the bottom of the skillet to cook the other side until browned.
