Wickles Oyster Shooter

Shuck into something new this holiday season with a wicked Wickles Oyster Shooter.

Ingredients:

• ½ cup Dirty Dill Cocktail Cornichons 
• ½ cup cucumber
• ¼ cup cilantro
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• ⅓ cup water
• 4 oysters
• 3 oz vodka

Directions:

1. Blend cucumbers, Wickles Dirty Dill Cocktail Cornichons and water 
2. Press through cheesecloth to remove seeds
3. Optional, chop additional cucumbers and cilantro for garnish
4. Add blended cucumber mixture, chopped cucumber, chopped cilantro, chopped Dirty Dill Cocktail Cornichons, lemon juice and vodka to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake 
5. Pour into a shot glass enjoy with a shucked oyster
