Wicked Chicken Parm Garlic Knot Sliders

Small and mighty, crispy and gooey Wicked Chicken Parmesan Garlic Knot Sliders.


  • For Garlic Knot – 
  • 1 can or homemade pizza dough
  • ½ cup Wickles Wicked Garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ stick butter, softened
  • ¼ stick butter, melted
  • For Chicken Parm
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko crumbs
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • Extra – marinara sauce, for dipping and/or topping


Garlic Knot – 

  1. Cut pizza dough into strips
  2. Mix softened butter, ¼ cup Wickles Wicked Garlic, and chopped parsley together
  3. Spread mixture on each pizza strip, press to close
  4. Twist each strip into a knot shape
  5. Mix ¼ cup sliced Wickles Wicked Garlic with melted butter and brush on top of each knot
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden
  7. Cut each knot in half horizontally

Chicken Parm – 

  1. Flatten chicken breast with tenderizer and cut into 4 inch pieces
  2. Mix panko crumbs and parmesan
  3. In a separate bowl place flour, and in another bowl, add egg and whisk.
  4. Coat each piece in following order: flour, egg, panko
  5. Cook in 2 tbsp oil turning once until cooked through
  6. Cover each piece of cooked chicken with a slice of mozzarella and cook until cheese is melted

Slice garlic knot, add chicken, sauce, cheese and bun
