Wickles Southern Relish Coleslaw

Bring a little Southern charm and a whole lot of flavor to your table with this WICKED twist on classic coleslaw. Made with the sweet heat of Wickles and crisp, fresh veggies, it’s the perfect sidekick for BBQs, burgers, and backyard gatherings.

Ingredients:

• 1 small head of green cabbage, finely shredded
• 1 large carrot, grated
• 1/4 cup Wickles Original Relish
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1 tbsp yellow mustard
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Optional: splash of Wickles Original Pickle juice for extra zing

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, and Wickles Original Relish.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, mustard, vinegar, and a splash of Wickles Original Pickle juice if using.
3. Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss until evenly coated.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Chill for at least 1 hour (even better overnight) then serve.
