Fried Wickles & Pickles

Because who doesn’t love the combo of a crispy fried pickle with some creamy ranch?


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  •  a generous pinch of salt
  • 1 jar of Wickles Pickles Chips®


  1. Combine eggs, buttermilk, flour, yellow cornmeal and salt.
  2. Dip pickle chips in batter and let excess drip off.
  3. Fry in peanut or vegetable oil (350 degrees) until golden brown.
  4. Set pickles on a paper towel to cool and remove excess oil.
  5. Dip in ranch and enjoy!
