Baked Potato with Garlic Herb Sour Cream

Try this easy dinner time classic with the garlicky tang of Wickles Wicked Garlic!


  • 4 russet potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves Wickles Wicked Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste



  1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
  2. Pierce potatoes with fork and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt
  3. Bake for 75 minutes

Garlic Herb Sour Cream

  1. In a small bowl add sour cream and Worcestershire sauce and mix.
  2. Add Wickles Wicked Garlic, dill, chives, onion powder, salt & pepper.

Slice baked potatoes in half and add a generous amount of Garlic Herb Sour Cream.
