Combine Wickles Original Relish, mayo, ketchup, onion, and Worcestershire sauce all ingredients and mix. Cover and set in fridge.
Dumplings
Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Add butter and onions, caramelize the onions.
In a mixing bowl add ground beef, caramelized onions, american cheese and a touch of salt.
Set a small bowl of water aside to seal the dumplings.
To fill dumplings, lay wrapper on palm of you hand. Wet the edges of the wrappers with water. Scoop 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle of wrapper. Fold and pinch to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
To fry dumplings, heat a skillet, add oil and place dumplings flat side down. Fry for 6 minutes.
Add ⅓ cup of water and cover to steam for 5 minutes.
Remove from pan, sprinkle with chives and serve with sauce
