Cheeseburger Dumplings

Turn your kitchen into a flavor fest with Cheeseburger Dumplings – an epic fusion masterpiece blending savory ground beef, gooey American cheese, and the zing of Wickles Original Relish in a dipping sauce that’s a game-changer!

Ingredients:

Sauce 

  • ¼ cup mayo 
  • ¼ cup ketchup 
  • 1 tablespoon Wickles Original Relish 
  • 1 tablespoon diced white onion 
  • ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce 

Dumplings  

  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 pound ground beef 
  • 1 cup shredded american cheese 
  • 1 package wonton wrappers 
  • 1 diced red onion 
  • 2 teaspoons chives

Directions:

Sauce 

  1. Combine Wickles Original Relish, mayo, ketchup, onion, and Worcestershire sauce all ingredients and mix. Cover and set in fridge. 

Dumplings 

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Add butter and onions, caramelize the onions. 
  2. In a mixing bowl add ground beef, caramelized onions, american cheese and a touch of salt. 
  3. Set a small bowl of water aside to seal the dumplings. 
  4. To fill dumplings, lay wrapper on palm of you hand. Wet the edges of the wrappers with water. Scoop 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle of wrapper. Fold and pinch to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers. 
  5. To fry dumplings, heat a skillet, add oil and place dumplings flat side down. Fry for 6 minutes. 
  6. Add ⅓ cup of water and cover to steam for 5 minutes. 
  7. Remove from pan, sprinkle with chives and serve with sauce
