Wickles Dirty Dill Okra, Chicken and Veggies Skillet
The spicy, Dirty Dill version of our beloved Okra is here, and we’re sharing the flavor with this chicken and veggies sauté!
2 uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 green pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves
2 cups Dirty Dill Okra
1 medium onion, thickly sliced
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp black pepper
Oil a large nonstick pan over medium heat and place 1-inch cubed chicken breast in pan.
Add onion and peppers to pan. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Add chopped Dirty Dill Okra to pan and continue to sauté until liquid has evaporated.
Add pepper to taste and serve with tortillas, fajita style.
