Dirty Dill Roast with Pickles and Veggies

Our favorite “set it and forget it” meal for a cold day, the wicked way.

Ingredients:

  • 1 3 lb beef chuck roast 
  • 1 package of dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 packages of dry brown gravy mix
  • 1 jar of Dirty Dill Baby Dills
  • 1/2 a sweet onion, cut into rings
  • 2 carrots, cut to desired size
  • 8 baby potatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup of water

Directions:

  1. Place the roast in the bottom of your crockpot. Sprinkle the ranch dressing and the brown gravy mixes over the roast. Pour the jar of Dirty Dill Baby Dills over top.
  2. Add onion, carrots, potatoes and water to crock pot.
  3. Cook on low all day, for 8-10 hours. Remove and serve with fresh bread.
