Wickles Dirty Dill Hummus

A wicked take on a delicious appetizer or snack for all ages!


  • 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 3/4 cup chopped Dirty Dill Chips
  • 2 tbsp Dirty Dill brine
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Veggies and pita chips for serving


  1. Combine the garbanzo beans, 1/2 cup of the Dirty Dill Chips, Dirty Dill brine, tahini, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor and process until smooth
  2. With the processor, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. consistency.
  3. Transfer the hummus to a bowl and top with more olive oil, the remaining 1/4 cup of pickles, and a chopped pepper from the Dirty Dill jar if you like.
