Fried Shrimp Po’Boy with Remoulade

Crispy Fried Shrimp on a fluffy french roll with a tangy remoulade sauce is the perfect combination of flavors.

Ingredients:

Remoulade 

  • ¼ cup spicy mustard
  • 1 ¼ cup of mayo 
  • 2 teaspoons if horseradish 
  • 1 teaspoon Wickles Wicked Pickle Chip Juice 
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce 
  • 1 large garlic clove 
  • 2 teaspoon cajun seasoning 

Po’Boy 

Directions:

Remoulade 

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix. 

Sandwich 

  1. Slice the sandwich roll in half. Smear the Remoulade sauce on both side of bread. 
  2. Add shredded lettuce, fried shrimp, tomatoes, Wickles Wicked Pickle Chips  

Serve sandwich with extra remoulade sauce on side
