Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Upgrade Your Mashed Potatoes with Wicked Garlic Magic!

These mashed potatoes are whipped to creamy perfection with savory parmesan and the tang of Wickles Wicked Garlic. It’s a dish that’ll leave you craving one more bite!


  • 3 cloves crushed Wicked Garlic
  • 1 pound russet potatoes
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 3 ounces grated parmesan
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Peel and dice potatoes. Place in a large saucepan, add the salt, and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat and reduce heat to maintain a boil.
  3. Cook potatoes until soft.
  4. Heat the half and half and Wicked Garlic in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Remove the potatoes from heat and drain the water.
  6. Mash the potatoes, add garlic cream mixture and parmesan, stir.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.
