Wickles Jalapeño Relish and Cheese Stuffed Burgers

This burger is exploding with flavor, and will no doubt be one of your new favorites.


  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 6 oz sliced or shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño Relish
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • hamburger buns of your choice
  • pre-made guacamole
  • 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • green leaf lettuce


  1. Preheat grill
  2. Divide the ground beef into 4 portions, then divide each portion into halves, flattening all 8 patties to prep for stuffing
  3. Lay cheese inside patty, then place Jalapeño Relish to taste, topping relish with more cheese
  4. Lay the matching patty on top, concealing the cheese and relish completely. Pinch the sides and mold together to form one large patty. You will want to make sure both patties have been completely molded together before grilling. Repeat with the rest of the patties and season with salt and pepper
  5. Add desired amount of chopped chipotle peppers and adobo sauce into pre-made guacamole, mix, and keep in fridge
  6. Brush the grill with oil, and grill the burger patties until cooked to your preferred doneness. Toast the burger buns if preferred. Serve the burgers with guacamole, tomato, and lettuce as toppings
