Lemon Pepper Grilled Salmon with Wickles Spicy Red Spread

Give your light and fresh summer salmon a little bit of a wicked kick.
Ingredients:
4 salmon filets, skin on
2 lemons
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
Olive oil
1-2 tbsp
Spicy Red Sandwich Spread
®
per salmon filet
Directions:
Rub oil and lemon on salmon and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Preheat your grill – use a medium/low heat.
Grill salmon skin side up for 4-5 minutes or until it can be flipped without sticking.
Rotate salmon and allow it to cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Remove salmon from heat and let it settle for a few minutes.
Once on plates, top with
Spicy Red Sandwich Spread

Serve with extra lemon.
