Lemon Pepper Grilled Salmon with Spicy Red Spread

Give your light and fresh summer salmon a little bit of a wicked kick.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon filets, skin on
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Spicy Red Sandwich Spread® per salmon filet

Directions:

  1. Rub oil and lemon on salmon and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill – use a medium/low heat.
  3. Grill salmon skin side up for 4-5 minutes or until it can be flipped without sticking.
  4. Rotate salmon and allow it to cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. Remove salmon from heat and let it settle for a few minutes.
  6. Once on plates, top with Spicy Red Sandwich Spread®.
  7. Serve with extra lemon.
