Peanut Butter and Wickles Pancakes

Don’t knock it ’til you try it! Peanut Butter and Wickles are at it again for this daring and delicious breakfast.


  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 8 Original Wickles Pickles, chopped very small
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 egg
  • Extra Wickles to top pancakes


  1. Preheat your griddle or pan to medium heat. Mix together the salt, sugar, flour, and baking powder in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. In a separate medium-sized bowl, mix together the peanut butter, egg, canola oil, milk, mashed up Wickles, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture in with the other mixture, and mix until fully combined.
  3. Spoon out 1/4 cup of mixture on the griddle at a time, cooking until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Top with peanut butter, chopped Wickles, or maple syrup.
