Make the sliders: In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, mustard, ketchup, and garlic powder together with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper and stir gently to combine. Form the mixture into small, pickle chip sized patties.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Add the beef patties and cook for about 3 minutes, until the bottoms develop a nice seared crust. Flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes, then add the cheese slices to the tops of the patties. Cover the pan with a large lid and cook until cheese melts.
Assemble the sliders: Place 10 Wickles Pickles Chips® (or however many patties you have cooked) on a serving platter. Top each pickle with lettuce, tomato, and a cooked patty. Top with another Wickles Pickles Chip® and serve immediately.
