Wickles Red Hot Stuffed Mushrooms

November is stuffing season and we like to stuff mushrooms with sausage and Spicy Red Sandwich Spread!


  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 16 oz button mushrooms, cleaned and dried
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumb
  • ½ cup Wickles Spicy Red Sandwich Spread 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Brown sausage over medium heat 
  3. While sausage is browning, remove stems, wash and pat dry the mushrooms
  4. When sausage is fully cooked, combine with softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese 
  5. Once fully combine, add breadcrumbs and Wickles Spicy Red Sandwich spread 
  6. Using a spoon, fill mushrooms to your desired fullness
  7. Place mushrooms on baking sheet and cook until brown, 15-20 minutes
  8. If you’re feeling wicked, top stuffed mushrooms with more Spicy Red Sandwich Spread
