Wickleback Cocktail

What’s better than a pickleback? A Wickleback, of course! Add the zesty flavor of Wickles Dirty Dill Spears to your Cinco de Mayo celebration!


  • 4 ounces Whiskey
  • 2 ounces Wickles Dirty Dill Spears Brine
  • 1 ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • Pickle Spear for garnish
  • Lime for Garnish
  • Salt for rim


  1. Grab a cocktail glass, wet the rim of the glass with the Wickles Dirty Dill Spears brine and roll the wet rim in salt. Set aside.
  2. In a cocktail mixing glass, add whiskey, Wickles Dirty Dill Spears brine, and lime juice.
  3. Pour into prepared cocktail glasses filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a pickle spear and slice of lime.
