Wickles Cheeseburger Pocket

Wickles Cheeseburger Pockets, packed with flavor and Wickles of course!

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp Wickles Original Relish
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 prepared pie dough
• 1 egg
• Optional for Garnish: lettuce, tomato, Wickles Original Pickle

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cook ground beef until brown, removing excess oil
3. Add to ground beef, ketchup, Wickles Original Relish and shredded cheese
4. Cut pie dough into 3-4” rectangles 
5. Place 1 tbsp filling onto cut dough rectangle 
6. Top with another dough rectangle and press together with fork to seal 
7. Brush with egg wash
8. Cook 20 minutes until golden brown
9. Garnish and top with Wickles Original Pickle
