Wickles Guacamole

Cinco de Mayo, taco Tuesday or weekend entertaining, Wickles Guacamole is the dip you didn’t know you needed. Packed with flavor, and Wickles of course.


  • 2 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • ¼ cup Wickles Original Pickle Chips, diced
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Using a fork, mash the avocado in a bowl
  2. Gently stir in diced Wickles Pickle Chips, tomato and onion
  3. Stir in cilantro, lime juice and salt
  4. Serve immediately
  5. To keep fresh, put the avocado pit in the middle of the guacamole and cover tightly
