Wickles Wicked Pickle Chowder Bread Bowl

Warm up this winter with Wickles Wicked Pickle Chowder. Kick it up a notch by serving it in a bread bowl!


  • 2 cups baby red potatoes, quartered (not peeled)
  • 2 cups carrots, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Wickles Wicked Pickle Chips 
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish
  • Olive oil


  1. Sauté diced onions until translucent
  2. Add potatoes, carrots, onion to vegetable broth in a large pot and cook for 45 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are fork tender, add Wickles Wicked Pickle Chips
  3. Add milk, stir well and cook until hot
  4. Turn off heat, add sour cream, salt and pepper, stir well
  5. Serve in warm bread bowl and top with fresh dill, enjoy immediately
