Wickles and Artichoke Pull Apart Bread

This bread is flavor packed with garlic, spinach, tons of Wickles Garden Mix, artichoke hearts and covered in cheese. Bake it up and see who gets the longest cheese pull – now this is a challenge we can gather ’round.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large round Italian loaf
  • 8 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼  cup butter
  • Fresh parsley
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Shredded white cheddar
  • Wicked Garden Mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Slice bread crosswise, both directions about 1 inch apart, careful to keep from cutting bottom of loaf
  3. Roughly chop Wickles Garden Mix
  4. Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, cook until fragrant, add in spinach, artichoke hearts, and Wickles Garden Mix, cook until spinach is wilted
  5. Open bread slices, putting spinach mixture in between each bread cube
  6. Add cheeses in between bread cubes and on top
  7. Cook for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted
  8. Top with fresh parsley
  9. Serve warm.
