Wickles Dirty Dill Chicken Wings

Brine your chicken wings in your favorite Dirty Dill Pickle brine for a tangy, spicy kick!


  • 2.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup Wickles Dirty Dill Pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh Dill
  • Ranch dressing
  • Chopping Dirty Dill Pickles if desired for ranch dressing
  • Carrots and celery


  1. Marinate chicken wings with Wickles Dirty Dill Pickle juice in zip lock bag for 6 hours
  2. Prepare fresh dill ranch by adding chopped dill to the ranch, add Dirty Dill Pickle juice if desired
  3. Preheat oven to 425F and pat wings dry with paper towel
  4. Place wings on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with oil and season with garlic and black pepper. Toss to coat
  5. Place wings on bottom rack of oven and bake for 30-35 mins. 
  6. Serve with celery, carrots, and Dill ranch
