Wicked Garlic Grilled Caesar

A wicked twist on a classic caesar salad.


  • 2 romaine hearts, halved
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Wickles Wicked Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ cup croutons
  • 4 whole Wickles Wicked Garlic cloves


  1. Spread 2 tbsp olive oil on romaine and grill 5-7 minutes or until nicely browned
  2. To make dressing combine: 2 tbsp olive oil, greek yogurt, lemon juice, 2 thinly sliced Wickles Wicked Garlic cloves, anchovy paste and parmesan cheese
  3. Stir until well incorporated
  4. Place grilled romaine on serving plate, spread whole garlic cloves and croutons on top
  5. Cover with dressing and enjoy
