Wicked Garlic Parmesan Fries

There is no such thing as too much garlic or too much cheese! Pile these Wicked Parmesan Fries high.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large russet potatoes cut into ¼ inch thick strips
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 6 cloves of Wickles Wicked Garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley for garnish 
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Chop Wickles Wicked Garlic cloves into small pieces
  3. In a large bowl, combine garlic, parsley and olive oil
  4. Add potato wedges to the bowl and toss, being sure to cover all wedges with the garlic mix
  5. Place in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
  7. Remove from oven, toss and cover with parmesan cheese and parsley for garnish
