Wickles Wicked Chicken on a Stick
Marinated in pickle brine, these are unexpectedly wicked.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb of chicken tenders
- 3/4 cup of original Wickles Pickle brine (a jar’s worth)
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp of your choice of mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients to create a marinade for the chicken.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Weave a skewer stick into chicken, grill it and enjoy!
