Wickles Cheeseburger Pie

Fall is for pies, right? Get savory with this Cheeseburger Pie with Wickles and celebrate the season!


  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Dirty Dill Chips, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook bacon in large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel.
  3. Add onion and ground beef to skillet and cook 6-7 minutes.
  4. Add garlic powder and cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Add 2/3 of bacon back into skillet, mix.
  6. Pour skillet contents into prepared pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese and roughly chopped Dirty Dill Chips.
  7. Mix together milk, Bisquick and eggs. Pour over meat and cheese in pie plate.
  8. Cook for 25 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Top with remaining bacon and garnish.
  10. Serve immediately, enjoy.
