Wickles Green Beans and Okra

Move over green bean casserole, Wickles Wicked Green Bean and Okra skillet is here to stay.


  • 10 precooked fingerling potatoes
  • 1.5 lb fresh green beans
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 15 pieces of Wickles Wicked Okra
  • 2 tbsp herbs de provence (or 1/2 tsp each of basil, thyme, rosemary and sage mixed)


  1. Clean and dry green beans
  2. Cut precooked fingerling potatoes into discs
  3. Cook then remove bacon from skillet and chop
  4. Cook onion in bacon grease
  5. Once onions are translucent, add green beans and cook until tender
  6. Add chopped Wickles Wicked Okra and fingerling potatoes, cook 10 minutes or until warmed through
  7. Add herbs de provence, mix well and cook for another 5-10 minutes
