Wickles Wicked Pineapple Grilled Ribs

Rib night will never be the same!



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Add the salt, garlic powder and black pepper to a small bowl, stir together
  3. Rub ribs with seasoning mixture on both sides
  4. Cut two pieces of tinfoil, place ribs in the center and wrap tightly
  5. Place ribs in oven and bake for 2 hours

Make Your Sauce:

  1. Add BBQ Sauce, pineapple juice, Wickles Dirty Dill brine and Wickles Wicked Jalapeño Relish into a small saucepan
  2. Stir frequently over medium heat
  3. Bring to a simmer and cook 5-7 minutes or until all ingredients are incorporated and sauce has thickened
  4. Lower the heat to keep sauce warm until the ribs are out of the oven, stirring from time to time to avoid sticking

Finish The Ribs:

  1. Carefully remove the ribs from the oven and open foil wrap – be cautious of steam
  2. Brush both sides with the BBQ sauce mixture
  3. Head outside to finish on the grill
  4. Cook 10 minutes per side over medium-high heat, flipping and saucing as needed
