Wickles Loaded BBQ Sweet Potato Fries

Piled high with wicked Wickles goodness.


  • 1 bag frozen sweet potato waffle fries
  • ½ jar Wickles Pickle Chips 
  • ½ jar Wicked Okra, chopped 
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1-2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ head purple cabbage for “Qwickled” cabbage
  • Garnish: 3 – green onions, chopped
  • Garnish: handful of parsley, chopped


  1. Preheat your oven according to the waffle fry package 
  2. In a pan, brown your bacon, let cool then crumble
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Place frozen waffle fries on the baking sheet and bake a few minutes less than package recommendations 
  5. While the fries are cooking prep your toppings: dice the tomatoes, chop the green onion and make the “Qwickled” Purple Cabbage – cut cabbage into long thin strips, place in a bowl and pour brine from Wickles Pickle Chips over cabbage, let sit for 15 minutes 
  6. Remove fries from the oven
  7. Sprinkle fries with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon
  8. Place tray of fries back into the oven until the cheese melts
  9. Remove tray of fries from the oven and top with Wickles Pickle Chips, Chopped Wicked Okra, diced tomatoes, chopped green onion and generously drizzle with your favorite BBQ Sauce and Ranch 
  10. Serve your “Qwickled” Purple Cabbage alongside for added crunch
