Wickles Dirty Dill Cheese Dip

A flavor combination you’ll be daydreaming about until you make it yourself.

Ingredients:

For the cheeseball

• 16 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• 1 c. shredded Cheddar
• 1 c. shredded mozzarella
• 1/2 c. chopped Dirty Dill Chips
• 1 tbsp. finely chopped dill
• 1 tbsp. Dirty Dill Chips juice
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper

For the coating

• 8 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
• 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
• 2 tbsp. finely chopped dill

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, Dirty Dill Chips, dill, Dirty Dill Chips juice, garlic powder and paprika until combined, then season with salt and pepper. Form mixture into one large ball.
2. Make coating: In a shallow bowl or plate, mix together bacon, cheddar and dill.
3. Roll cheeseball in the mixture until fully coated and serve.
