Wickles Open Face Jalapeño Poppers

A tailgate classic made even more wicked with our spicy sandwich spread.


  • 12 jalapeños
  • 16 oz shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup of mayo
  • 1⁄2 cup cream cheese
  • 7 heaping spoons of Wickles Spicy Red Sandwich Spread®
  • 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F/204°C.
  2. Core and slice jalapeños in half.
  3. Mix all ingredients from above and spoon into peppers.
  4. Place directly on grid and cook for 7-10 minutes until crisp.
  5. Remove, allow to cool a little, and serve!
